Alta Ridge Tech is a Georgia AI solutions company. We create smart websites and AI agents that help local service businesses answer their customers, book more jobs and grow a 5-star reputation. We're adding Account Executives who like to close.
What you'll do
- Contact owners of local service businesses from researched leads we provide.
- Run the whole sale: open the conversation, set the meeting, present and close.
- Show owners what AI can do for their business, in plain English.
- Handle objections on the spot and think on your feet.
- Log your conversations and next steps in our CRM.
- Work independently: you run your own pipeline and set your own schedule.
- Use our phone system and CRM for client calls, so every call follows calling laws and client records stay in one place.
What you'll earn
- Commission only, with no cap on commission.
- 20% of every setup fee you close. A $3,000 deal pays you $600.
- Paid every two weeks, once the client's payment clears.
- Bonuses for strong months, and for clients who stay.
- Room to grow: top performers may be invited to join the team as employees, with a path to Sales Manager.
You'll fit if you
- Live in Georgia.
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales where you closed your own deals, and can share your numbers.
- Pick up the phone without hesitation, hear "no," and dial the next number.
- Can turn "just send me some info" into a booked meeting.
- Are curious about AI and can explain it simply.
- Have a quiet place to work, a computer, a headset and solid internet.
How we hire

- If you're shortlisted, we'll ask for a 60-second voice memo opening a call with a business owner.
- Interviews may be held in person or by video.
- We contact prior employers and references to verify your work history.
- This is an independent contractor role, paid on a 1099.
